Affable personnel with great service and kept the hotel clean. Its location was good and unique, to the big shopping centre, and in a natural area.

All in all everything was fine, had a perfectly pleasant stay for standard short vacation. I was met by very amiable and best staff at the lobby. I ate at an outdoor restaurant for the price I have paid. And I really enjoyed that it had a magnificent view. The location was magnificent, quite a walk from Lara Beach Park.

Big and neat venue with an excellent value and really helpful staff. Quiet and unique location near the bars as well as the sitting areas, which were lovely. And 15 mins walk to Emperial. Such an ENJOYABLE stay for standard short vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay at Club Hotel Sera. The food was delicious and there was always something going on, with plenty of activities and entertainment. The hotel itself is grand and beautiful, with nice architecture and a lovely garden. The staff were extremely polite and made me feel very comfortable. I also liked how everything I needed was right there, from the cozy room to the friendly staff and the abundance of facilities. a great experience.

There is no pot, coffe, shower gel in the room. The stuff is very unfriendly. There don't give us the information of sightseeing etc.

Fantastic impressive room, a safe, a minibar, and central heating were appreciated. Had carbonated drinks in the salad bar.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, close to the airport, which made it hassle-free when traveling with our little one. The rooms were cleaned daily and the minibar was replenished with complimentary soft drinks. The highlight for us was the children's beach with shallow water, perfect for our 3-year-old to enjoy safely. The food selection was extensive and always served hot. We particularly enjoyed the red meat and fish dishes, as well as the delicious salads. The hotel also had high-speed internet in the lobby, which was convenient. We appreciated the abundance of trees and palms that provided ample shade to relax under the sun. The friendly atmosphere extended to the presence of cats, dogs, and even turtles along the way to the beach from the hotel.

Hotel is excellent decorated and looks like palace really ..rooms very very luxury and all facilites are great . I may come again

Sea Beach is small . .spa swimming pool was out of order... Animation activities very limited no daily show...as I seen later in kemer hotels
